Order processing and courier transit are separate stages. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the parcel has already been dispatched.

Customers can use the provided tracking information to check the parcel’s progress. If tracking information is unavailable or has not been updated for an unusually long period, please contact our customer support team.
7. Accurate Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing:
* Full recipient name
* Complete delivery address, including city and relevant area
* Active phone number
* Any necessary address or delivery instructions
Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays, additional delivery attempts, or return of the parcel to the sender.
Please notify us promptly if you identify an error in your delivery details. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a courier cannot deliver an order because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, the phone number is unreachable, or delivery is refused, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to Big Alpha, according to its procedures.
If a parcel is returned, our team may contact the customer to confirm whether redelivery is possible. Additional delivery charges, if any, will be communicated before arranging a new shipment.
Repeated refusal of confirmed orders or misuse of cash-on-delivery services may result in restrictions on future orders, subject to applicable law.
9. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt where possible.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, contact Big Alpha promptly and provide:

* A description of the issue
* Clear photographs or other supporting evidence, where appropriate
We will review the information and explain the available resolution in accordance with our applicable returns and refunds policy and consumer protection obligations.
Please retain the packaging and product until the matter has been reviewed, as these may be needed for verification or a courier claim.

If your parcel appears delayed or cannot be located, contact our customer support team with your order number or tracking reference.
We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the courier and investigate the status of the shipment.
Where a parcel is confirmed lost or cannot be delivered, Big Alpha will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with the applicable policy and law.
11. Cash on Delivery and Other Payment Methods
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only if it is offered for the customer’s location and selected order at checkout.
If COD is unavailable, customers must use one of the other payment methods displayed on the website.
Customers should confirm the order details and the amount due before completing the transaction. Any inspection-before-payment facility is available only if expressly supported by the courier and communicated by Big Alpha.
12. Returns and Exchanges During Delivery
Shipping arrangements for approved returns and exchanges will depend on the reason for the request and the applicable return policy.
Customers should not send an item back without first contacting Big Alpha for instructions. Return shipping responsibilities and any applicable charges will be communicated during the approval process.
